OEM Leather interior swap

I recently changed the interior out in my Lt crew cab over to the ltz leather interior including center console.They came from a fully loaded Ltz with the memory, heated and ventillated options. Ive seen some trucks have the harness behind the radio bezel but i havent taken mine out since i dont have the new bezel or switches. The passenger side seat worked fine without doing anything to it. now the driver side i had to swap out the harness it came with with my original harness because non of the functions were working. Im curious to know if anyone else has done this swap and what all it took to get all the functions working. more interested in getting the ventillated and heat options working.
