Re-gear for 33" tires - What Ratio would you choose?

_{My 2010 5.3 had 3.08's and I ran a 33" E load tire and aftermarket wheel (very,very heavy) and it worked fine. 6L80 did a good job sorting it all out. I run a 33 E load on my 15 with the 6.2 and it doesn't come out of OD unless you have climb a 13% grade for a half mile. For the money you spend on gearing I wouldn't bother for a 33" tread. My friends '16 5.3L is on 33" D loads and it hauls ass.}

Has anyone swapped to 4.10s that is running 33s? I am about to do the swap and would like to know how MPGs are on the highway and if 4.10s are too much gear running at 80mph. Thanks in advance.
