I just finished installing the Timbren SES on my 2015 Sierra Denali and noticed that when under weight the bump stops rub on a turn buckle coming from the leaf suspension. See picture. Has anyone else run into this? Also, what is the function of that turn buckle? It looks like it goes to a switch of some sort. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have put on quite a few sets of Timbrens and have run into a couple of glitches. I call the guys at Timbren and have found them very accommodating. Most of the ones I have installed are on sand or de-ice trucks that are loaded several times a night and have had zero failures.

What is a "turn-buckle" ? Someone may be able to point you in the right direction if you can post a picture of whatever a "turn-buckle" is, never heard that one before. I do notice what appears to be some sort of Heim-joint in teh posted pictures, is that waht yo uare calling turn-buckle??
