Memory mirror Problems on 2002 Envoy SLT

Is anyone else having recurring problems with their memory mirrors on their Envoys or Trailblazers? My mirrors don't hold settings.  The dealer reprogrammed both door modules per Bulletin N8520 but the mirrors still won't hold their settings.  Is this a problem others are having?  I'll keep trying the dealer but Maryland has a Lemon Law and I just may use it!  HELP!!

This is a huge problem with the triplets, all makes with the reverse tilt/memory mirrors. There is a TSB out for it, TSB#020864008.

 

I tested my park assist mirrors and I could find no flaw with their return position. Just to be critical I made little movie files on my camera to check the starting position of movie one and the finishing position of movie two by opening them in separate windows. If there's a discrepancy I'm hard pressed to see it. If your interested in seeing them here's the links, park assist movie 1, and  park assist movie 2.  One useful purpose I thought of for the movies is if anyone's getting some bull from their service department about that's how the park assist function is supposed to work and yours is messed up, you could show them how it's supposed to work.

 

I would give you regular dealer one more shot and if they still can't fix it try another dealer. This problem has been fixed for many other owners of the triplets.
