New Member with Tahoe Issue

Hello,

My name is Patrick and I am in Austin, Texas. We bought a 2015 Tahoe which has been in the shop approximately 10 times in less than a year. Overall, GM, the various dealerships, and all associated personnel have been great and helpful. GM is definitely trying to make things right and mostly have, except for one issue. It is one that I am noticing several people talking about. There is an extremely annoying rattle coming between the touch screen and the drink holders. It unfortunately is not overly consistent and doesn't occur each time I drive, but does most of the time. Two different dealerships have looked at this issue on three different occasions. On two occasions, they claimed to have found it and fixed it and one time they said they did not hear anything. It is pretty obvious, so my only disappointment falls in the fact that I believe not much effort is being put in for diagnostic purposes. I just left the dealership and they were confident it was fixed. Unfortunately, it has not been fixed and I am at a loss on what to do. It is only a year old with 20K miles and it is painful to drive. I feel petty with my complaint, but it was so very expensive, and I've never had this issue with a cheaper car. Please advise if you have any thoughts, recommendations, or advice. Thanks in advance!

What is on the invoice as to what type of work was done by the dealer, the only thing between the cup holders and screen is the single disc CD player. Something may be lose in the back of the player.

It might be simple but weird and pretty annoying vibration. Post up on general or tech section so lots of people could see your queries.
