Has anyone ever had any problems with these switchbacks from TRS (7443)? I've had the amber version of these LEDs for a couple months with no issues, but the switchbacks that I just bought arent working. I do have resistors wired in correctly. The running lights light up white as they should. The ambers blink amber as they should. The problem occurs when the running lights are on and I try to turn the blinker on. They stay white and never blink. I have also installed one Amber led and one switchback on each side, the Amber works fine, but the switchback stIll won't Blink. Surely there are a ton of these installed. Just wanted to see if I was alone in this issue.

Yea I've tried that too. That was my original configuration. Are these trucks considered to have a "ck" type socket?

Update: tried some of TRS cheap ACME brand switchbacks. They work perfectly so it makes the think the problem isn't the truck or wiring. I would just go with the ACME leds but they are ugly in my clear lenses. c6457d23dd9c651686b1402d2cbd363d.jpg

Another update lol. Swapped the LEDs out at TRS today. New LEDs have the same problem. Here's what I've tried today.

Tested all resistors that were hooks up and That I own. 50w 6ohm measure 10 ohms of resistance (gold ones, some from TRS, others I've randomly accumulated)

Took all resistors off, LEDs work correctly besides hyper flash obviously, which is better than they work with the resistors.

Have had them hooked up with one resistor per bulb (4 total). Also tried them one per 2 LEDs (same problem).

Keep in mind other switchback brands work with my setup with no problems, I just don't like the way they look. In fact, I've had amber LEDs in this truck for several months now. I have also been in touch with Phil (Fast Headlights) and he runs these LEDs in 2014+ silverados all the time without a problem. so I'm 99% the CK socket is not the issue.

So I'm down to my last thought...although I'm using 6 ohm resistors, they measure 10 ohms. Do you think that's too much resistance?
