Place for switches?

Has anyone come up with an idea for adding AUX switches to these new trucks?

 

Why didn't GM take a lesson from Ford and build a spot into the dash for upfitter switches, these are trucks! The 2017 Raptor has like 10 switches on the overhead console for adding extra things, SMART!

 

I can't think of any places to mount switches in this 2015.

I've seen people mount them to the left of the steering wheel, in the overhead console. I personally installed mine in one of the two 12v ports in my console.

Depending on the switches in place under the radio, you may be able to fit in a series of single size switches, replacing any doubles installed from the factory.

I too had a problem with this. I did not have the factory brake controller so i cut out about the light and 4WD control and installed three rocker switches. I recently removed them, because I bought a brake controller. I decided to install them to the right of the steering wheel, on the black plastic. behind the gear shift. I will upload pics later.

I think you can order upfitter switches for them from GM now. And I thought that's what those little switch looking things below the climate control were for
