Cleaning chrome

I drive a 2008 GMC Sierra Denali so there's quite a bit of chrome on the truck. What products do you use to clean up your chrome? Can the wheels be cleaned with the same product?

Are you looking to clean "real" chrome or plastic?

 

I like this stuff, has always worked well on things like exhaust tips
