2005 Sierra questions

I am looking into buying a used 2005 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 and had a couple concerns. I was told that the SLT had heated seats, different rims and different chrome than the one I'm looking at. Can anyone confirm if this is a true SLT with aftermarket additions or not? I asked the guy and he said no heated seats and just aftermarket headlights since he has owned it.

Side note the posting has the mileage listed at 80,300 and the pic of the odometer that he sent me shows 79,143. Is that an additional concern.

Wheels are Not Original

 

The SLT has the Heated Seats with the Switch on the Door - My Guess is if the Heated Seats & Switch is missing it's not an original SLT

Bose should be standard as well ...

Mileage discrepancy is probably due to being driven since the pic he sent was taken. He probably had the pic of the odometer showing 79xxx miles stored on his computer or phone. By the time he got to posting the ad, he had probably driven it +-1000 miles.

 

As for the other options and it being an SLT or not, get the VIN check it or get the codes from the sticker in the glove box and check them.
