pcruis, your truck looks great. Im thinking about the fox coil overs too. How would you say the ride quality improved? Is your speedo off now? Dose the TPM system still work? Any unexpected surprises with the upgrades?

I'm not an expert, but I feel like there is now constant contact with the road surface. Stock felt very soft to me, and bouncy. The shocks are definitely stiffer, but to me, it feels and drives like a truck now. My speedo was off a little, but I just had it tuned earlier this week and it's now accurate. The guy that tuned it for me also changed the shift points, and it rides much better. I always felt like my truck was a little sluggish, but not anymore. The cost of the custom tune was the same or less than your standard tuner you order online. The TPMS works fine. I ordered the tires and wheels online, and they came with the TPMS installed. I then drove to a tire store and a guy went around to each tire with a handheld machine and activated the TPMS. He didn't charge me anything. As far as surprises, and this really shouldn't be a surprise, but the bigger tires and increased track width does result in a lot more dirt and probably increased damage to the body of my truck. I haven't decided how to address that issue. I've looked at fender flares, 3M protection, mud flaps, etc., and nothing really appeals to me. I may just say screw it, it's a truck, and let it get beat up and simply paint it down the road. It's hard for me to say the lift was financially worth the investment as a practical matter; however, for me, it's a purchase I do not regret.

What lift kit you running? Also are you running wheels spacers?

Most do, some don't. Size doesn't have anything to do with it though

If I remember correctly, there is a way to do it without the programmer. I'm going off memory here, but if you want to do it without the programmer I think you activate the reprogram button in your truck and then go to each tire and drop the air pressure. I think by dropping the air pressure the computer recognizes the tire and position, and you do that with each tire after the horn blows. Someone else can chime in and tell me if I'm way off base.

I've heard something about that, but that it only worked in the older trucks? Not sure, he's supposed to be doing it tomorrow but I guess I'll try that when I get home. Where is this reprogram button you speak of

Do you know which ones do not? I was originally looking at the RCX 5" kit because it doesn't increase width. The 4" kits i have looked at do not specify if they do or do not.

Correct, that was for the previous body style, not the 2014+ trucks.
