12 v aux power

I have a 2014 Sierra. I had a cell charger plugged into the rear aux power and noticed it stopped working. Fuses all good. Not sure what to do next until I get a tester from work tomorrow. Anyone have this problem?

Ignition on?

 

Pretty sure ignition needs to be on for the aux power ports to function, including the rear one. But I'm not 100% certain.

I know the one under the dash and in the bench seat armrest work on my 2014 cc without ignition. Try other devices in those aux ports to make sure your phone charger just didn't croak.
