Will changing your rims void your warranty?

I was just wondering about this. I want to get rid of these 17 in wheels and put some 22 inch ones on. If I don't buy the 22s from the dealer and put some other 22 inch factory wheels on it, will that void my 3/36 warranty? Is there a clear answer?

No, it shouldn't but if there is a problem that is directly related to the aftermarket wheels, GM/dealer could attempt to deny warranty repair if said part falls under the warranty.

But in general terms, no, wheels alone wont void the 3/36.

Rims idk but they will deny you warranty because of larger tires.

Keep in mind NOTHING voids a warranty except totaling the vehicle and ending up with a salvage title if one decides to fix the vehicle and drive it. If you have issues related to larger aftermarket wheels and tires, that may not be covered, but if your power door locks stop working, that will still be covered.
