Bilstein 5100 height help

Recommended Posts

I just got a set of 5100s for my new truck. I am torn between 3rd position and 4th position on the fronts.

Could you guys provide me with maybe a photo of your rig, which position it is in, and front and rear fender measurements? Currently I am leaning towards 3rd position for ride height plus a little rake when I pull my decoy trailer, but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Thanks to all,

Jeremy

If you are going to tow often then I'd keep a rake. Otherwise if you like the level look go with 4th.

Just got mine installed yesterday on the highest setting and there's still a slight rake and the ride is good.

Set on highest setting. Bilsteins all around.

Rides firm, but in a good way. Really good off road though. Also going over speed bumps, doesn't toss you back n forth or hop over. Better than the ranchos it had before. I don't recall measurements but the difference front to back was around .75". So very little rake. Also tires are KO2 275/70R18
