Squeaky gas pedal

Does anyone else have any problems with this? I've noticed on multiple occasions that my gas pedal squeaks when I go to step on it. It happens mainly when its cold in the morning (60 degrees or less is cold for Houston) and the truck is cold as well. After driving around for a bit and the truck warms up it goes away. It also has warmed up now outside and it hasn't done it in the past couple of weeks, but I want to know if there has been any TSBs or anyone else that has had this problem. My truck is a 2014 at 17,000 miles so I'm sure I'm still under warranty (bought preowned) and maybe the dealership can help me but going there is never fun

There's a few threads on here already that discuss the squeaky pedal. I've read some have had to just deal with it, and some have had the dealer replace it.

Yeah I think I read some a while back I just wanted to know if there was actually something wrong with the pedal or if it's just another little annoyance. Guess I'll stop by the dealer and ask.

Quick shot of WD-40 on each side of the pivot for the pedal or, if you're still under warranty, back to the dealer to have them replace the pedal and hope that one doesn't start squeaking.

Best thing I did to fix mine is run the adjustable pedals back and forth fully a few times and it went away

Had mine fixed by the dealer. Same problem, squeaked at certain temps. They took it apart and added some foam insulation and it solved the problem.

white lithium grease or dry lube would last a lot longer than WD40.

Yeah I figured it might just need to be greased up some I don't want to be without my truck for a couple of days for something this small lol I'll try that out thanks guys
