HID Relay Harness, Not Working?

I bought new ballasts and a relay harness off Retro fit this week since my hids have had flickering in the past, and one of my ballasts when bad.

I installed the new ballasts without the relay harness, and they work great! Then, when I install the harness, they don't seem to power on.

 

I've connected everything as suppose to be, including the oem output and the grounds.

 

Any ideas why the headlights don't work when the harness is connected?

(I still get power to the lights, the running and high's work when the harness is connected)
