Lift kits for dummies (me)

Okay so. On my truck I have a 6 inch pro comp lift that was installed by DSI the truck had the lift at the dealer when it was bought. I do not know much about the lift kit etc. I know that the rear looks to be on blocks so I'm assuming it's a basic low tier lift kit. Which is fine haven't had any problems.

 

Now what I'm wondering is what can I do to improve ride quality? When going over bumps in the roads etc. to make it more smooth? Is this where lift struts come into play and if so... Would the kit on the truck have came with them and they need to be upgraded?

 

I have zero knowledge about lifts but I am hoping you guys can tell me.

Full coil-overs in the front (fox, king, dirt logic etc), and full leaf springs in the rear. This option will be very pricey FYI
