Why no good 2500HD factory incentives?

Just got close to 10k off on a high country 2500 duramax!

Just picked up my '16 Silverado 2500 HD LT w/ Duramax and 4x4. Ended up getting about $11k off MSRP. $7500 in rebates, and $3500 off list. And they gave me $34k for my '15 Sierra SLE 1500 w/ 26k miles that I paid $36k for a year ago.

 

Worked the dealer for 7 weeks though. Found one I liked and called back every week and asked them if they wanted to sell it yet. [emoji106]

They rarely discount the gas hd's .

Maybe not now, but when I got my 2015 2500 6.0L, I got about $9K knocked off the price and a free Line-X bedliner job thrown in. That was in late February 2015, not during one of those "Chevy Truck Month" kind of sales either.
