SS Grill fit on an HD?

I own a black 03 HD and thought a black SS grill would look great. I've compare the two next to each other and I don't see any difference reference the mounting.

 

Anyone have any input?

I ordered the grill from gmpartsdirect.com for a total of $240.

It literally installed in 3 minutes and it looks great!

 

So if anyone want s a stock 03 black and chrome grill in excellent condition...cheap.

Got mine in a about 10 days.

Not sure what Chevyguy is saying here but that IS the CORRECT part number for a black SS grill.
