XSRCDesign's 2016 Sierra "mall terrain"

Picked this up on May 20th. Drove from Cleveland to Charlston to score the exact truck I want, at the deal I wanted.

A few days later I took a trip to Corsa and had that exhaust replaced

I know a lot won't agree with my choice of direction in this build, but my past two cars were a corvette and a ATS-V. So while I may not match that performance. A "sport truck" was the direction I chose.

 

Parts started to arrive.

Spent a couple days borrowing the paint booth at a friend's cabinet shop and painted my wheels a custom bronze I came up with. (Brown base coat, gold pearl mid coat, matte clear)

While waiting for paint to cure and tires to show up, I got that drop installed. Started with a 4/6 for now so I can keep an eye on those front shafts for a bit. I can and probably will go another inch lower.

 

Nittos in 285/40 22 installed

Got everything installed, aligned, removed some badges and cleaned her up. Not bad for a few weeks work and I am really happy with it so far. Plans include color match wheel trim, handles and mirror caps. And maybe a few more performance goodies.
