Is this a good deal?

I'm thinking of buying a 2002 GMC crew cab 2500hd Sierra 4x4. It has 69000 original miles. Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Tonnueu cover, loaded inside. Leather, power everything. He's asking $15000.00

 

Does that sound like a fair price?

As long as it's mint underneath I'd say it's a decent deal. If it's a diesel then it's a good deal. Either way try and beat them down on it.

Regardless of the miles it's still an old truck, and in my expirence age is worse then mileage in most cases. If it's gas no way I'd pay 15k for it, it's it's diesel maybe.

I think it depends more what it's worth to you. You can get a newer body style from 07-09 for around that price for the gas ones. So that's something to consider. I'd say maybe $9,000 for it if it's a 6.0L and $12,000 for the duramax.
