Transmission help

Just put a used transmission in my 2007 chevy silverado 4.8 4l60e. It won't go into any gear don't make a noise like it's trying pretty much does not do anything. And in order for me to get it in park I have to crawl under the truck and do it myself all other gears the indicator light come on like it's working tho

Is the converter seated? All electrical to the trans plugged in. I just did a trans replacement yesterday and all worked. Mine was rebuilt and being used, yours could have an issue on the inside. The outside would be converter not seated in pump, converter not bolted to flexplate, 2 electrical plugs, and my thought, the linkage is not locked in its ring that keeps tension on it.
