Blending?

I already have STP fuel injector cleaner in my 01 z71. But it's still is starving for fuel when first starting up. Could I put Seafoam fuel treatment in the same tank of fuel as STP?

Probably could... highly doubt it'll do anything for you though.

Starving of fuel on startup sounds like the fuel pressure regulator going out, fuel pump, maybe a fuel leak, etc. Could be a lot of different things...

^ X2 plus the 01's still have a fuel filter mounted on the frame rail.

3 things to look at are regulator on the rail and vacuum line going to it, frame mounted filter, and the pump. You can start by hooking a gauge to the rail and checking pressure key on/engine off
