Recon LED Tail Lights Questions

Bought some Recon LED Tail Lights with built in in load resistors.

 

No fuses out. BLACK wires to black wires from LED light male plug to black wires on OEM female truck socket.. And snapped in.

 

Left side LED array hyper flashes. Right flashes normally.

 

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

What was the fix?

You have a bad fixture, you need to contact RECON or whomever you purchased the LEDs from and tell them. Likely a bad resister that was built in.

My brother had the same problem, and Recon sent him a new resistor to replace the bad one.

I know they are polarity sensitive. And, as much as I hate to admit it...I actually had a plug in opposite to the correct polarity needed.

You wouldn't think that would be likely from someone who installed a 50 and 32 in LED light bar, wired it with a SPDT switch to run with the high beams or independently and roof welded a custom bracket for the dash!

 

Attention to detail and measuring twice before cutting applies to tail lights to brain surgery.

Anyone have any pics of their Recon tail lights on 2006 NBS silverado  showing how they look in all the different modes such as running lights, turn signal, brake etc?  Deciding if i am going to get a set. Cant really find any good pics to review?

 

They also have the new OLED
