I just purchased the 2016 Denali love the vehicle is my third one.. I'm having a little bit of trouble adapting to not using a key and using this pushbutton my biggest problem is now I have to remember where I put the key all the time but the reason I'm approaching the group is one simple problem I travel a lot for work all over the country and I always make sure I have at least one hidden key under my back bumper with this new system in the Denali you can't keep the key from on the truck because it senses it it always sets off the alarm.

Has anybody figured out how to have a spare key fob hidden on your truck somewhere in case you lock yourself out?

I know you can hide just the key portion.. but that would only let you in car not start.it. I just want to be able to get in and start the truck..if I ever lose my keys.. anybody figured this one out??

In addition I love the remote start from my phone.. but if you have a key fob in it or hidden in truck it will not work..'

what the hell??

any advice appreciated..
