2015 Denali Cluster Failure

Ladies/Gents,

 

I've done some reading on here in other threads about gauge cluster issues, but none of them seem to have had any updates or traffic in a while and my problem seems to be different than anything others were describing.

 

My center screen between my tach and speedo is completely dead and I have no steering wheel controls functioning except cruise control, but zero steering wheel control buttons illuminating. So I have no gas gauge, no steering wheel control, or any vehicle info period. Also, the tach and speedo will randomly shut off and cycle with all the dummy lights and return to normal function while driving, but still no center screen. My first thought is a software issue/glitch or a bad cluster. The problem started Saturday evening and has persisted. If today comes and goes and the problem remains, it's going to the dealer. And maybe traded in on a new Yukon, lol.
