check on pricing

ended up picking up my DMax last night. The original truck ended up being a demo. Dealer found another one and kept the price the same even though the Sticker was $1500 higher. They did this by reducing their processing fee from 599 to 99 (I know already high), and adding a special 1k rebate that the Owner has the ability to hand out? Regardless, I got the truck with more options for what I was willing to pay. Here is the outline of my deal

MSRP - $65,565

Selling Price - $60,815

Rebates - $6,000

Taxes - $2274.82

Title - $22.00

Processing - $99 (reduced from 599)

Dealer Fees - $56.51

My 2014 1500 LTZ had 35k miles on it. I owed exactly 19k on it. They gave me $35k for it in trade. Feel like i did ok. Basically 11,250 off plus a decent trade.

That is supplier hold back, which is 2% of MSRP. SO basically it was like 1800 bucks. Either way you killed it getting 35k on trade for a 2014 1500 ltz. Did it have like zero miles on it or something?

Ditto on awesome deal for the trade-in. Most dealers rely on the trade-ins to make profits since the profit margins on the new trucks are so poor.
