07 silverado has big problems

Hello, I may have this in the wrong topic but I have a major problem and am looking for help. I recently did brakes about 3 months ago. I haven't had any trouble and have made a trip from MA to PA once already with no trouble. It's my daily driver and goes about 50 miles per day. Well last night I was driving to PA and after 5 hours I started hearing grinding and squealing from the front of the truck. Drove it around today and after 30 minutes both rims are red hot and can't touch the brakes, and I smell heat. Any ideas. I'm supposed to drive home tomorrow morning but looks like plans may have to change. Any help with this problem is much appreciated.
