alabass Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 The tail light on the driver's side of my 2005 2500HD does not work. Bulbs are good, brake, blinker and reverse all work but no tail light. Can't find any broken wires under the bed or in the tail light housing and need to trace it back to electrical panel. Anyone know which wire to look for? Thanks
Nickwall Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 I have the same issue except for it's the passenger side. I replaced the harness from the light to the circuit board on the rear. And nothing. Just replaced the circuit board as well since I wasn't getting power to the passanger side I could of sworn that was it. Nope still no tail light. I have traced it as far as I can and see no damage. I'm thinking next step is replace the main harness. Sorry I couldn't be of more help I have the same issue except for it's the passenger side.
