My truck has messed up again, it doing the same thing as before with not starting at all but will turn over. It was a wire from the ignition to the computer so I am going to check that. I have changed my battery, MAF sensor, plugs, wires, distributor rotor, distributor cap, camshaft sensor, IAC sensor, ignition control module, ignition coil, my cats, and my fuel pump. I NEED HELP.

on my 5.3 it was under the hood behind the battery , or to the right of the engine facing the truck

With all the money you've spent throwing parts at it, paying for a diagnosis from a professional seems pretty cheap right now. As a buddy once told me: "sometimes you gotta back off ten and punt."

On the bright side, at least you have an almost completely new ignition system.

The only other thing I can think of would be the coded key theft deterrent system if your truck has it. Have you switched to using a newly cut key recently? If so, it must be coded to the truck or it won't start.

So all computer problems have been fixed, it was the connectors to the ignition coil and ignition control module. Now I think I have a blown gasket. The codes read P0174 (System too lean) Bank 2 and P0171 (System too lean) Bank 1. Fuel pump and pressure is good and I have no in-line fuel filter.
