Two NEW OEM under seat storage for CC

Recommended Posts

I ended up with two of the GM Under Rear Seat Storage boxes for a Crew Cab.

One is brand new, in the box, only opened to see it in person.

The second one was purchased from a member here, it has never been installed, and is as new. This one came from Arizona to Michigan well packed, and no issues. Here is the original posting for the second one... http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/194960-oem-under-seat-rear-storage/?do=findComment&comment=1904001

The UPS site says 30lbs, and I will have a shipping cost from the second one soon. I figure it can't be much more to ship anywhere else in the lower 48, so I will include that in the purchase price as well.

I can post pic's if needed, but you can figure a new storage unit, brackets, and netting in a shipping box. You will have your choice of either one, until the other sells, but they are the same...

It fits 2013-17, you can go here to find it for yourself http://www.cheapestgmparts.com/oe-gm/23183674

The price is $150.00 each shipped, I will accept PP, with no fee's on my end.

I have this - dealer installed - in my CC and could not live without it. It has ample space to store hard hat, reflective vest, metal first aid kit, full briefcase, small bat, roll of shop towels and I have one section still open.

Yes, they are. You can take most anything you want that will fit under the seat, but, these will keep it organized, and in one place. If you don't, whatever you put under there will be sliding all over the place. You will constantly be cleaning up the floor, and hoping that your cargo won't be falling out of the truck when you open up the doors. No, you don't have to be taking corners at high speeds, or hitting the brakes hard either.

Nah. Busted. 6.2Midnight said he'd cut me in 20% if she said something nice that helped him sell them.

I don't have a toolbox, just a tonneau cover, so I need a storage space. Bottle of wine, a misc birthday present, great addition.

Midnight - I'm ok with 15%...

Figures, lol. I live just outside Toledo almost on the Ohio/Michigan border. Cabelas would be about half way to Ypsilanti. BUT, I'll be in Chicago that weekend. How long you staying in Ypsilanti?

    • New to this forum.  Also looking to tune a 6L80 and trying to work out all the issues in my transmission swap.  I have a 6.2 diesel (1983) and have removed the TH-400 and about to put in a 6L80 with a TCM-2600 interface and don't have a clue what I doing after that.  Did you (Leatherneck/RAV3) get your slip resolved? I too hate to spend that kind of money on a tuner that hopefully I will not need too many times although from what steelerdude15 added about the HP Tuner being great for diagnostics would be a plus.  I am also from WNC but below you in Columbus.  Any helo would be greatly appreciated.

    • Wouldn't swapping out the original AFM/DFM parts for a complete Delete Kit be the best route to go if one could afford to go that route?
    • It comes with directions but yes, generally, it's the same.  Also, get you the dipstick stuff to install dipstick so you have one.
