5.3 vortex performance build.

New too forums and the 5.3 engine performance build have about a 2000$ budget would like too build a solid 5.3 for my z71 which is a 2000 extra cab 6 inch lift with 315 tires. So could someone please give me an idea of what I would need to do too this engine. Looking for power and torque hp around 400 maybe if possible.
