Change when the radio turns off

Currently when I turn off the engine on my 2015 Silverado, the radio stays on until I open the door. Is there a way to change it so that the radio turns off as soon as I turn off the engine?

Nope. GM calls that "Retained Accessory Power". You can move a fuse to change the behavior of the power outlets but I am not aware of any way to change it for the radio.

Sk, I am interested in changing the power outlet to stay on after the key removed. Do you have a hack or mod for that?

It is actually explained in some versions (years) of the owner's manual. A fuse in the drivers side dash panel is moved from one position to another and the outlets in the console can be made hot with the key off or on; or be set to be hot only with the key on plus a little after you turn it off-RAP

Thread here explains moving fuse 10-11

It's in the link that DAY11 posted above. A lot of people contributed to that but if you scroll down to Post #11 you'll see my simple instructions. IF you want your outlets to stay hot all the time you want the fuse in location 10.

Just to be clear -- if you have the floor console this will only change the behavior of the ports directly below the HVAC controls. The ones inside the console and the back seat ones on the rear of the console ALWAYS work on RAP (there is no way to set them to stay powered after you shut the truck off). I don't know what this mod does for the 40/20/40 split bench front seat.
