Just picked up a 2015 Denali with the goodyears. I don't like the way they're wearing already. I'm thinking about going to the Dueler H/L Alenza's I got good wear out of them on my 07 avalanche. 100,000 + miles on 2 sets. Just my .02

I am torn between the defender m/s and the a/t style tire. How do these hold up in heavy snow? Like Alberta Canada snow? . I have the cooper a/tw tire now and they work great but wear terribly fast and are almost ready to be switched

i had the ltx at2 on my 2013 and while the best road tire i have owned wasnt thrilled with the snow performance or even backing boat into yard if grass was wet. i picked up a set of wheels off craigs list for the winter and run cooper snows for the winter which are amazing. on the new truck i put nitto exo's on it. the cooper snows will go on with the first threat of any real snow

The Michelin Defender LTX M/S is an excellent tire. I had them on my Toyota 4Runner, they performed very good in the snow and rain. Probably the best road tire out there that handles rain/snow.

Just put a set of Michelin Defender LTX M/S on my 2008 1500. Man there so smooth on the interstate i felt like my truck got a bit newer feeling. The tread is a soft style and the grip is very good. Wet pavement they shine, I was nervous coming from a LT tire for 3.5 years back to a P rated tire. There 265/70/18 size which was stock when I got the truck new. Might look at them there a decent tire.
