Cracked Spring Isolator after new shocks and level kit

I installed at 1.5" level kit and Billstein 4600s a few months ago. I have never been really happy with the ride. It is stiffer which I attribute to the 4600s, but it has a very slight and annoying vibration and noise to it. The sound is a rumble but the vibe is high frequency - high enough that it just feels like a faint buzzing through the gas pedal and even in the doors sometimes.

I thought it was a tire with a bad spot but I have had the rotated, balanced, re balanced, and road force balanced.

I also have a popping sound that has developed when I turn at low speeds. I went under to tighten things up to make sure nothing was loose and I noticed that the white spacer ring that sits under the spring (between spring and shock seat) has a big crack in it. I dont know if the shop that compressed my springs cracked it or if it happened afterward. I suspect they are the cause because the jackleg technician threw the shock assembly on the ground after mating it to test to see if it would fly apart. I almost crapped myself when I saw that.

I wonder if this could be the cause of all my issues. I have an appointment at 4wheel parts this friday to take off teh 4600s and the level and put on some 5100s and replace that spacer. I hope that fixes things.

Any ideas on any other things I should have them look at while there?
