Wheel Center Caps

Stock 18" wheels come with gold bow-tie center caps. Anyone found black ones to match the front and rear black bow-tie option?

Bought and tried them.......all black looks crappy against a silver finish alloy wheel, the bowties do not stand out, look like someone shot out the center of the wheel or the center cap is missing. Even tried spraying the caps with GM quick silver after masking the black bowties, clear coating and then removing the masking tape to expose the black bowtie. End result looked much better, but in the end might be the best way would be to mask the center cap, cut out the bowtie area, then prime, paint and undercoat the bowtie black.

I had the gold bow tie also on mine. Went to the local sign

shop and picked some vinyl. Took about 20 minutes to trace and cut them out I

even did my steering wheel too!

GM sells them too but I think they are the all-black ones like the ebay link above:
