Another Trip Report

Another long trip down to FL from IL this past week. Almost 2500 miles round trip.

 

Used up 4.5 full tanks of fuel. Averaged from 18.2 to 19.8mpg on this trip......................which always had a "gale force" wind hitting me from the side or just driving straight into it!!!! Never had the wind behind me at all. Did my best to keep her at 70mph on the Interstates.

 

Just saying. V8 only regards.

This is a 2016 Denali CC SB 4x4 6.2 8spd 3.23 rear end. Premium Fuel 91 octane Shell GM Borla exh / CAI / Bedcover and a part time aggressive driver haha.

Here is a pic of a short trip from nashville to Chicago at 25 mpg

and a long term average pic. I just drive normal with occasional speed burst so I can hear the exhaust and CAI sing that beautiful song, not doing anything special. Actually the majority of the long term miles are city stop and go traffic.
