front axle seals

I have a 1998 Z71 1500. I'm leaking diff fluid out of my front passenger side axle seal. It's not alot. I'll probably get a couple of drops per week out of it. Does anyone else have or did have this problem? Alot of people have been telling me that even if I get the seal replaced, it will probably come back again in a short period of time. Should I get it fixed?
