Weird squeak

I've noticed that I have a squeak coming from the passengers side. I can't tell if the noise is coming from the front end or rear end. Weird part is that it doesn't do it all the time. Example, I dropped off the wife this morning and there was no noise. When I was coming home I noticed it squeaking. I decided to take it to the dealer to have it checked out. About 10 miles later no more squeak. :jester:

Buddy said it's the bearings. I don't think so cause it only does it once in a while. I also drove about 50 yards in reverse and no noise but when I drive forward the same distance I hear that F*&@%!^ noise. Any ideas?

I'm driving from Virginia to Texas tomorrow so I'm going to keep an eye on it. I have the extended warranty so if it gets worse I'll stop along the way.

Thanks in advance.

Check to make usre your nerf bars are tight. I have a squeak coming from under the driver side and I think it is from my nerf bars.

bushings, body mounts, leaf springs, grease-less steering joints will all make noise, and some won't until they're warm and pliable. My truck is always the quietest on a cold morning..
