What are torque specs for the drain bolt on 15 sierra, is there a washer..

Oil Drain Plug.....18 ft/lbs
Transfer Case
Fill Plug 13 ft/lbs
Drain Plug 13 ft/lbs

There isn't a washer. It is a tappered fit plug that has thread sealant on it. You can put more on, but I never had to and it never leaked for me on my 02 or on our 2016 burb.
