DIC MPG stuck?

Have a 2015 Silverado with a 4.3 V6.

Installed a "High Performance" Cold Air K&N filter. Since the installation, dashboard DIC displays 20.3 MPG, which I suspect may be a wrong calculation. Usually it fluctuates between 20.2 to 20.4 depending on my driving. City or long distance HWY driving.

How may I check what did I do wrong or how do I reset the MPG DIC info/display?

 

Any advice will be appreciated.
