Slow coolant leak: What part is this. 2004 GMC Sierra 1500

2004 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L.

My Truck has developed a slow coolant leak. It appears to be coming from this little guy. The tubing is about 1/8" diameter and runs to another almost identical fitting on the other side of engine, then back to radiator.

This is attached to engine just behind the water pump.

Cant seem to find what the part is called to search for it.

Coolant crossover pipe. There is a seal kit from fel-pro or dorman. There are two fitting blocks on the heads as well, but no pipe.
