Single click sound when making a full turn, left and right....

My 2015 Silverado 1500 has 54k+ on it, no suspension work done whatsoever as of yet. All I've done is add 22s with 32ish tires. It didn't click at the beginning but does now and consistently. When I'm making a slow turn. I'll hear it on the left when making a right turn and on the right when making a left turn. I'm thinking it's the bushings but I want to get other opinions. I've been considering doing a 4-4.5in lift with spindles and control arms to make sure that everything is done right and the geometry of the suspension lines up correctly.

I have a clicking in my steering wheel, I think it is the steering position sensor, catching on something. The dealer replaced all the bushings and bearings in the steering column per a TSB...did not solve my issue, so now they are going to replace the sensor. But needless to say the dealer with no question replaced all the steering stuff per the TSB and I have a level kit, they didn't even mention it

Have to get it up in the air and start shaking things hubs could be trashed or ?

As well, why bother with putting a lift on a RWD truck?

Suspension is pure stock, nothing done to it. Only added 22x9.5 (+19) wheels and the tires.

My steering wheel is off, turned to the left, definitely not set dead straight.

It is not that my steering wheel is off, but the position sensor inside there, I have been told by other members with a clicking sound, gets swollen with heat or gets out of place and when the wheel turns in there something rubs against it intermittently causing a click click click sound as the wheel is turned

this is a single click but I hear it from the wheels more than the steering wheel or feel anything from the steering wheel.

Read, he didn't lift it. Why be so insecure and lift a 4wd truck that is never used? Just buy a 2wd truck and drive it on the street like most people. See, can go both ways... Let them do what they want to do, I would rather see a lifted 2wd truck if the person never leaves the pavement or use it than some yuppie with a 4wd truck lifted (or even stock) that they never even use or leave the pavement just so they can say they have 4wd like it improves their image.

RWD or 4WD either way a lift is silly on the street because it's impossible to aim the headlights so driver of said lifted vehicle can see the road and not blind oncoming traffic. Tho I completely understand that some have to try their level best to compensate for other "shortcomings".
