Programming Fob 1 to preset 1 and Fob 2 to preset 2

I bought a new 2017 Sierra 2500 yesterday. When I got home yesterday I discovered that the second key and key fob did not work on it. Wrong key put in bag I assume. It happens. Anyway dealer reprogrammed the fob to my truck. Now both fobs will only move the seat/mirror to preset 2. The service guy their said that there is no way to tie the fobs to the presets which I know is BS. Is there some instructions that I can refer them too or am I basically stuck unless I go to a different dealer? Very frustrating to say the least....

Try calling the customer service assist number (800) 462-8782. I've had really good luck with those folks. They try hard to help resolve issues.

Easy solution is to put your settings as preset 2 and don't let anyone else drive the truck.

Yeah no... Lol... I expect stuff to work right for 50k... Will contact Gm Monday
