Afm deactivation and tpms relearn tool ?

Wouldn't a gm tech2 tool do both if you're willing to spend a few grand?

 

Tech 2 does not communicate with 2014+up trucks. And you can't disable AFM with a GM scan tool and if you can its only for a 30 second test window.
