Where can I buy (2) CK156 wheels

I scored a great deal on 2 CK156 wheels off of craigslist. Now my problem is finding another pair of wheels to complete my set.

 

None of the dealers in my area have it in stock. I messaged all the online resellers and was told this is a nationally controlled item by GM. Only way to purchase a new set is with an insurance claim by a body shop.

I go to eBay when looking for an odd # set of anything. I've done it when looking for one tire, or a few wheels.
