Not unless you can find someone on the forum who'll disassemble one and send it to you. Other than that, it's not a replaceable part, the whole mirror is needed.

You can't buy it from GM but you can find them on eBay. I have changed one in the past as well as someone else on here. These will help take yours apart if you find one.
