Remove the liners, makes it much easier. I think the o2 extensions are up in the air. I had to extend one of mine about 20", others on here did not need extensions. Leave everything loose until you get the Y pipe in. Then tighten from the heads working your way back to the stock exhaust. Enjoy the new headers.

You may also need to trim the corner of the cross member and possibly shorten one of the cross member bolts. I had to take about 1/4" off one of the bolts due to it contacting the Y pipe under acceleration.

Didn't need extensions for mine, and also I'd order better clamps. The ones I got were garbage. I did mine from the top, was fairly easy. Leave everything loose as said above. Get it all in and then tighten it down

I installed Kooks a couple weeks ago and removed the wheels and inner fenders to make it easier. I did remove the oil dipstick and the steering shaft to get them in. The drivers side bolt next to the firewall was the biggest pain to get out but all in all it's easy. I did mine with no lift by myself in about 4 hours start to finish. Some long extensions for your impact/ratchet makes it easy to unbolt the manifolds from stock y. As far as 02 extensions I didn't need any but I did put Kooks on not TSP.

Also if you don't plan on cutting the stock y to get it out you will have to unbolt the transmission cross member (6) bolts.

Good luck with install I hope to hear some sound clips when done!

These are the ones I got. And thinkin back on the install, the stock clamp at the flex pipe you reuse, it doesn't seal that well. I still have a leak there. You can have it cut out and welded if it becomes annoying. I got mine to where it's barely noticeable but eventually I'll have it cut and welded. Oh and make sure you pull the spark plugs out...if the headers barely touch them you'll crack a plug and it won't be fun. The passenger side o2 will need to be untangled from the zip tie in order to reach the o2 port in the headers. It'll be tight but don't need an extension. All in all, take your time, don't tighten everything up until you have it all in, line it up and enjoy em.
