Wondering what Dealer B can or can not see about work performed by Dealer A.

They can see customer pay work and warranty work done. They can even pull up exactly what part and labor operation were done if the job was warranty. The can also pull up the complaint, cause and correction. So ultimately, they see just about anything. All this information is stored on what's called VIS. It's attached to your VIN.
