Sounds like you cracked the intake tube or housing or did not get a good seal back on the throttle body. Take ALL the intake components back off clean and inspect carefully for hairline cracks and reinstall carefully. Did you pull out the air flow sensor or just unplug it? They are easily damaged and must be handled with care. Also it will take a few engine cycles for the computer to relearn the air flow sensor if you unplugged it so make sure you give it some time.

Oh man I see what happened now, while you had the parts off a small snake crawled inside the intake tube and wrapped himself around the airflow sensor. Take everything back apart and clean thoroughly and reassemble then do about 3 drive cycles and everything will be back to normal

Unpluging battery didnt work I know have 3 codes P0641 sensor reference voltage A circut open

P069E Fuel pump control module

P0521 engine oil pressure sensor/switch

So im guessing i have some type of sensor or electric wire problem do these codes usually come up together?

Hmmm aint that weird almost sounds like the engine is "low on oil" and is simply in limp mode.
