Does the Airaid 200-285 Intake kit come with a pre-oiled air filter?

Just bought an Airaid 200-285 Intake Kit with the oiled filter. It does not say if it is pre-oiled or not. I have looked on the website where I bought it(summitracing), on Airaids website, and through the instruction manual. No where does it say if it is pre-oiled or if it needs to be oiled. The filter came in it's own sealed plastic bag and there was no oil included in the box so I think it is pre-oiled, but I cannot tell. Anybody else buy one of these and know?

Cut open the plastic bag and rub your finger inside it. You should be able to tell if there's any oil in there. If you're new to oiled-type filters, you're probably better off using it as it came, rather than adding more oil to the element. Most people put on WAY too much oil and never try to wick off the excess before they mess up their MAF. If it were me (and it's not), I'd pack that factory-fresh element in some paper from my shredder and let it "rest" for a day before I installed it on my truck.

But again, that's just me.

I opened it up and rubbed my finger inside it and it didn't really feel oily.
